Breakfast Patties

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 teaspoons fennel seeds

  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 pounds of ground meat (I like to use 1/2 turkey and 1/2 pork)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn oven to 450F and allow to warm up while you make the patties.

  2. Combine everything into a bowl and mix up well with your hands.

  3. Form into patties, this recipe makes about 20 patties.

  4. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes

  6. Eat them warm and then save the rest for later.

  7. I freeze them and then reheat on a cast iron in the mornings, so easy and quick!
