Easy Blueberry Smoothie

This recipe is inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow's Cookbook Clean Plate

Blueberries are nutrient dense food... rich in antioxidants, minerals & vitamin c.

Cauliflower is a sulfur rich vegetable and helps our detoxification pathways!

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and turn on!

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • ¾ cup unsweetened milk

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 1 date, pitted and roughly chopped

  • Juice of ½ lime
