Cashew Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak 1 cup of raw cashews with filtered water

Soak for at least an hour (or overnight)

Discard the soaking water

Add the following to a blender and blend until creamy

  • 4 cups of filtered water

  • Soaked cashews

  • 2 dried figs or dates or apricots (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

No straining necessary

Pour into a container and that is it! You do not need to strain this, drink as is.
