Protein Pancakes

This recipe will serve 3 people! Double it and have enough for 6 or a snack tomorrow!

INGREDIENTS

2 Bananas

4 Pasture raised eggs

Coconut flour (adjust to your ideal texture)

1 Scoop of Grass-Fed Collagen

Here is a great product… Perfect Supplements Collagen

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Smash up bananas with a fork (do this first)

  2. Stir in eggs

  3. Mix in Coconut flour to your preferred texture

  4. Mix in Collagen

  5. Heat up pan with some Coconut Oil and scoop them into the pan when oil is hot.

  6. Top with yogurt, hemp seeds, nuts, berries and serve with a side of breakfast sausage!

*NOTE: If I do not have Collagen, I often add a protein powder such as Organifi's protein powder
